Auxiliary fixtures and tooling are those fixtures that don't physically connected to the wire harness which including:
● Storage turn over rack/frame in different sizes. These turn over racks are usually installed with wheels. Operators can move and transport parts and products within working ground with the racks easily and quickly.
● Semi-finished rack. The semi-finished racks are used to properly store semi-finished goods and products. The racks can be labeled with certain semi-finished part numbers so they are better recognized and traced.
● Terminal protection cup in different sizes. Some terminals need to be processed or preassembled before they are installed to the wire harness. To protect the terminals from losing or being damaged, the protection cups are used. In some cases, the protection cup could also be used as a turn over container for tiny parts or components.
● Terminal bending test fixture. If a male terminal on the assembly board is bent due to any possible reason, the socket will be plugged in incorrectly and the contact is loose which may lead to a failure on the test. In this circumstance, a bending test fixture or a hand held terminal bending test fixture can be used to check and/or correct the physical status of the terminals before the test.
● Adjustable fixture folk. This fixture folk is installed to the board to help holding the wires and cables during assembly. The height of the folk can be adjusted with a locking screw.
● Expandable fixture folk. An expandable fixture folk has 2 different height position and can be switched between these 2 positions quickly. In the stage of placing wires and cables, the fixture folk can be switched to low position and in the stage of assembly, the fixture folk can be switched to high position.
● Other auxiliary fixtures such as folding fixture folk, multi-line waiting fixture, flaring pliers, wire winch, terminal modification fixture, wire clips, M type clamp and thread probe tools, etc.
